What it does
Always-on voice agent for inbound phone calls. Answers in your brand voice, qualifies the caller against your ICP, books a meeting in your calendar, sends an SMS confirmation, and creates a CRM record. Routes after-hours emergencies to a human via SMS.

Best for
Local services with high inbound call volume (movers, contractors, clinics). Multi-brand operators with 5+ phone numbers to staff.
Not for
Brands where phone calls require licensed humans (legal advice, medical triage). Use a screening-only variant in those cases.
Common questions
- Can callers tell it's an AI?
- Most callers don't notice in the first 30 seconds. By design we have the agent identify as an AI assistant when asked directly — pretending otherwise erodes trust and creates legal exposure in some jurisdictions.
- What about CASL / TCPA compliance?
- Inbound calls don't trigger CASL/TCPA. Outbound calling via this skill is not enabled by default for that reason.
