User onboarding orchestrator

Runs the new-user onboarding sequence: emails, in-app prompts, success checkpoints, intervention.

What it does

Orchestrates a 30-day new-user onboarding flow across your product, email, and customer-success teams. Triggers events: welcome email, first-success email, at-risk intervention, upgrade-prompt at activation, win-back if user goes dark. Connects to your product analytics (Posthog, Mixpanel, Amplitude) to time interventions on actual user behaviour, not arbitrary days.

B2B SaaS with >100 new signups/month. Brands where activation rate is the limiting metric on growth.

Brands with low signup volume (manual is fine). Brands without product analytics (set up Posthog or Mixpanel first).

Common questions

Will it spam my new users?
No — interventions are triggered on user behaviour, not on time. A user who's actively using the product gets fewer emails than a user who signed up and went dark.
