What it does

Webhook-triggered on every new lead from your forms / CRM. Enriches with public data (LinkedIn, company website, job postings, funding announcements, tech stack via BuiltWith). Scores against your ICP (industry, size, stage, intent signals). Routes to the right sales motion: high-fit → instant slack ping + Theo's calendar; medium-fit → drip sequence; low-fit → newsletter.

Models used
Claude Haiku for fast scoring. GPT-4o for fit assessment. Public-data scrapers + Clearbit/Apollo fallback if you have those integrations.

Best for

B2B brands with >50 inbound leads/month who can't manually qualify each one. Multi-brand operators where leads come from many sources.

Not for

Pre-PMF brands where every lead deserves a manual look. Brands without a clear ICP — define ICP first, then enrich.

Does it work without paid enrichment APIs (Clearbit, Apollo, ZoomInfo)?
Yes — public-data sources cover ~70% of what you need. Adding Clearbit/Apollo gets you to 95% but isn't required to start.
