Deal flow watcher (sales pipeline early warning)
Watches your CRM pipeline for stalled deals, deal slippage, and at-risk forecasts. Alerts before quarter-end surprises.
What it does
Hourly scan of your CRM (HubSpot, Pipedrive, Close, Salesforce). Detects: deals that haven't moved in 14+ days, deals slipping past close date, weighted-pipeline shortfall vs quarter goal, single-thread risk (deal that has only one champion contact). Posts a daily morning brief to Slack with at-risk deals + suggested next-action per deal.
- Inputs
- CRM API key. Quarterly goal. Stage definitions + expected days-per-stage benchmarks.
- Outputs
- Daily Slack pipeline-risk digest. Per-deal next-action suggestions. End-of-quarter forecast confidence.
- Cost per run
- ~$0.40 per deal monitored per week.
- Models used
- Claude Haiku for stage classification + risk scoring. Claude Sonnet for next-action drafting.
Best for
B2B sales teams with 20+ active deals. Founders selling deals themselves who don't want to live in the CRM.
Not for
Transactional B2C sales (no pipeline to monitor). Pre-PMF brands without enough deals to pattern-match.
Common questions
- Does it auto-update deals or just alert?
- By default, alert-only — you take the action. Optionally auto-tags deals at risk and adds a CRM note, but the human still drives next steps.
