Calendar scheduler agent

Negotiates meeting times via email + your calendar. Like Calendly without the awkward booking link.

What it does

Reads your incoming meeting-request emails, checks your calendar for availability, proposes 3 options in your voice, and books once the recipient picks one. Handles timezone math, prep-time buffers, and meeting-type rules (no back-to-back, no Friday afternoons, etc.).

Inputs
Calendar (Google/Outlook). Email inbox (Gmail/Outlook). Scheduling rules (work hours, buffer time, no-meeting blocks).
Outputs
Drafted email reply with proposed times. Calendar hold for each option. Auto-books on response.
Cost per run
~$0.40 per meeting scheduled.
Models used
Claude Sonnet for email drafting + intent parsing. Custom rules engine for availability.

Best for

Founders + execs who book 5-15 meetings/week and hate the calendar tetris. Sales teams running discovery-call funnels.

Not for

Recurring team meetings (manual is fine). Users who already have Calendly or Cal.com set up and working.

Common questions

Does it require giving up Gmail access?
It needs read+send access to your Gmail to monitor incoming requests + send replies. We use OAuth scopes and never store email content beyond what's needed to schedule the next meeting.
